What warranty do I get on my dog cushion?

The Dreamydog dog cushion comes with a 10-year no-sag warranty on the memory foam. Replacement covers are covered by a 1-year warranty. This warranty covers defects due to faulty workmanship or materials. Normal wear and tear or damage from rough handling by dogs is not covered. Dreamydog is not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow the maintenance instructions. View the full warranty on our FAQ page.

What does the 30-Night Dream Test™ guarantee include?

We believe every dog ​​deserves the best night's sleep. Don't like the bed? You can return it to us within 30 days.

What does CertiPUR-US® memory foam mean?

CertiPUR-US® Certified memory foam means the foam is made WITHOUT : ozone depleting substances; PBDEs or the following Tris flame retardants: TCEP, TDBPP, TDCPP or TEPA; mercury, lead and heavy metals; formaldehyde; phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission.

The foam has been tested for performance, durability, emissions and content and has been analyzed by independent, accredited testing laboratories.

How do I wash the cover?

The covers of all our dog beds are removable and machine washable. We do not recommend washing the inner inserts; if necessary, hand wash only.

Wash the cover in cold water on a gentle cycle and hang it to dry. You can also use a damp cloth to remove stains from the cover.

What size dog bed should I get?

How long does it take to receive my dog bed?

Shipping takes 1-2 business days throughout the Netherlands and Belgium after placing your order. Orders outside the Benelux may take longer, depending on your location.

How can I return or exchange the dog bed?

Please check that you have the correct bed size before opening the package. You can do this by measuring your space and comparing it to the measurements on our website or by asking our team at info@dreamy-dog.com.

Returns can only be processed within 30 days of the purchase date and if the vacuum seal has not been opened, as the bed cannot be repacked once it has been unfolded. View full details on refunds and exchanges on our Returns page.

Your bed will be delivered vacuum packed. Let the bed inflate for 24-72 hours. However, your dog can use it right away.
