30-Night Trial Sleep Guarantee
Did you order a DreamyDog dog bed during a period when we offer the 30-Night Trial Sleep Guarantee?
Then your order falls under this separate satisfaction guarantee.
This is what the 30-Night Trial Sleep Guarantee entails:
- Your dog may try out the dog bed at home for 30 nights
- During this period, the bed may be used as intended
- Is the bed not a match after all? Then you can register it for return within 30 nights of receipt
- This guarantee is a voluntary arrangement by DreamyDog and is separate from the legal right of withdrawal
Important
The 30-Night Trial Sleep Guarantee and the legal right of withdrawal are two separate arrangements with their own conditions.
They are not combined and are not simultaneously applicable.
When you make use of the 30-Night Trial Sleep Guarantee, only the conditions of this guarantee apply, even if the product has been used.

Regular return conditions (legal right of withdrawal)
The regular return conditions apply only if you do NOT make use of the 30-Night Trial Sleep Guarantee.
The legal right of withdrawal applies when:
- The product is unused
- The product is registered for return within 14 days of receipt
- The product is in original condition and packaging
In that case, you have the right to cancel your purchase according to legal regulations.
We maintain a return period of 14 days after receiving your order. Within this period, you can request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unopened
- in the same condition as you received it
- returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

If your return is accepted, we will send you information on where to send the package, and you will be responsible for purchasing a return label. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Memory Foam Dog Beds & Bouclé Dog Beds
Please check if you have the correct bed size before opening the package. You can do this by measuring your space and comparing it with the dimensions on our website, or by asking our team at info@dreamy-dog.com
Returns can only be processed within 14 days of receipt and if the vacuum seal has not been opened, as the bed cannot be re-packaged once it has expanded.
Your bed is delivered vacuum-packed. The bed needs 24-72 hours to inflate. However, your dog can use it immediately.
Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and then make a separate purchase for the correct product.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Do I have to pay to return an item?
In most cases, you (the customer) are responsible for all shipping costs for returning a product.
If you would like to use our return label, we will deduct the cost of the return label from your refund when processing your return. To receive a prepaid label, please send us a request stating that you wish to return an item and include your order details.
What is covered under warranty?
Dreamydog does not accept returns if the bed has been used for hygienic reasons and due to the impossibility of repacking it once expanded. If you are still unsure about the size and have received your delivery, do not open the bed and contact our team at info@dreamy-dog.com so we can arrange a return as long as the bed is still sealed.
If you are not completely satisfied with our products, we will refund your money if you return the product, or we will refund a portion if you wish to keep it.
Uh oh, my pup broke the item! What can I do?
