Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you information about where to send the package, and you'll be responsible for obtaining a return label. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Memory Foam Dog Beds & Bouclé Dog Beds
Before opening the package, please check that you have the correct bed size. You can do this by measuring your space and comparing it to the dimensions on our website, or by asking our team at info@ dreamy-dog.com
Returns can only be processed within 30 days of the purchase date and if the vacuum seal has not been opened, as the bed cannot be repacked once unfolded.
Your bed arrives vacuum-packed. It needs to be inflated for 24-72 hours. Your dog can use it right away.
Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Swap
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have so you can then order the correct product.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, your money will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.

Do I have to pay to return an item?
In most cases, you (the customer) are responsible for all shipping costs for returning a product.
If you choose to use our return label, we'll deduct the price of the return label from your refund when we process your return. To receive a prepaid label, simply send us a request stating you'd like to return an item and providing your order details.
What is covered under warranty?
Dreamydog does not accept returns if the bed has been used for hygiene reasons and because it is impossible to repackage it once unfolded. If you are still unsure about the size and you have received your delivery, do not open the bed and contact our team at support@dreamy-dog.com so we can arrange a return as long as the bed is still sealed.
If you are not completely satisfied with our products, we will refund your money if you return the product, or we will refund you a portion if you choose to keep it.
Uh oh, my puppy broke the item! What can I do?
We understand that some puppies get excited about our products and chew on them. Unfortunately, this isn't considered normal wear and tear and isn't a defect on our part. Feel free to contact support@ dreamy-dog.com to see what we can do for you.
