How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Shipping is free for orders over €75. For orders under €75, we charge a flat fee of €5.

Sometimes we run out of stock and instead of being out of stock, we ship our items directly from our overseas warehouse to give you the fastest possible delivery times. In those cases, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. (We are working hard to shorten our delivery times and often your package will arrive earlier than the estimated delivery time).

Which courier do you use for shipping?
We use DHL and DPD within the Benelux. For shipments in Europe, we use DHL, DPD or UPS, depending on the country.

How does the 30-day return policy work?
If your pup is not satisfied or you want to exchange your order, please send an email to our support team and they can provide you with all the instructions you need to return your order.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Of course, as long as our fulfillment team has not yet shipped your order. If they have, please wait until the bed is delivered and leave it unopened so we can provide you with instructions for returning your order.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If the order has not yet been shipped, please email us immediately with "URGENT order change" in the subject line. If your order has already been shipped, we will work with you and the courier to forward the order where possible.

How can I exchange or return my bed?

My package is lost. What should I do?
Please send an email to support@dreamy-dog.com and we will look into it for you.

My tracking says “No information available at this time”.
For some couriers, it takes several business days for the tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information about your tracking number, please contact us.
