At DreamyDog, we believe your dog deserves the best. That's why we offer more than just our standard return policy: the 30-Night Dream Test™ .

What does this mean?

• Your dog can try out his new DreamyDog bed risk-free for 30 nights .
• If your dog (or you) isn't completely satisfied, you can simply return the bed, even after use .
• You must return the bed yourself and you will then receive a full refund .

How does the return process work?

1. Simply register your return by sending an email to info@dreamy-dog.com.
2. Pack the product carefully (it no longer needs to be in the original seal, but it should be 100% clean).
3. Products with obvious signs of wear (such as cracks, deep scratches, or broken covers from fingernails) are not covered by the 30-Night Dream Test™.
4. Affix the return label to the box and return the package free of charge to a PostNL/DPD/DHL point. Upon receipt, we will inspect the bed and refund your purchase price within 5 business days.

Important to know:

• You always have a statutory 14-day reflection period (regardless of use).
• The 30-Night Dream Test™ applies once per customer per product type , so that no misuse can occur.
• Returns are only possible within the stated period and with a valid return notification.
• Accessories and loose covers are covered by the regular 14-day return policy (unused/opened).
