DreamyDog Return & Warranty Conditions

At DreamyDog, we believe your dog deserves the best. That's why we offer you more than the standard return policy: the 30-Night Dream Test™.

What does this entail?

  • Your dog can try out their new DreamyDog bed for 30 nights risk-free, starting from the date of receipt.
  • If your dog (or you) is not completely satisfied, you may simply return the bed, even after use.
  • You must return the bed yourself and you will receive a full refund.

How does the return process work?

  1. Simply register your return by sending an email to info@dreamy-dog.com.
  2. Pack the product carefully (it no longer needs to be in its original seal, but it must be 100% clean).
  3. Products with clear signs of use (such as tears, deep scratches, or damaged covers from nails) are not covered by the 30-Night Dream Test™.
  4. Affix the return label to the box and drop off the package for free at a PostNL/DPD/DHL point. Upon receipt, we will inspect the bed and refund your purchase amount within 5 business days if the return meets the conditions.

Important to know:

  • You always have the 14-day statutory cooling-off period (regardless of use).
  • The 30-Night Dream Test™ applies once per customer per product type, to prevent misuse.
  • Returns are only possible within the specified period and with a valid return registration.
  • Accessories and separate covers are subject to the regular 14-day return policy (unused/unopened).
  • Have you purchased multiple dog beds and/or extra covers? The warranty applies to a maximum of 1 bed from your order. 1 bed automatically participates in the 30-Night Dream Test™ warranty.

Uh oh, my puppy broke the item! What can I do?

We understand that some puppies get excited by our items and chew on them. Unfortunately, this is not considered normal wear and tear and is not a defect on our part. Please feel free to contact info@dreamy-dog.com to see what we can do for you.
